About the role
EXXICAA‑TB, an engineering‑consulting firm, together with Groupe IDEAS, a study and advisory bureau, are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across Côte d’Ivoire. The role focuses on building a robust portfolio of institutional, public and private clients, turning prospects into long‑term contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, projects, and tenders.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Establish strategic partnerships and strengthen client relationships.
- Contribute to the positioning and brand image of both companies in the market.
Required profile
- University degree equivalent to BAC+3 to BAC+5.
- Proven experience in commercial development, preferably in engineering, construction or consulting services.
- Result‑oriented mindset with strong prospecting and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously under the direction of senior management.
