Director of Commercial / Sales Director

About the role

usXanh SM is a leading electric vehicle and sustainable mobility solutions provider based in Vietnam, expanding into the Côte d'Ivoire market. The Commercial Director drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships, B2B sales and integrated marketing, overseeing sales execution, customer management, product positioning and marketplace management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy across partnerships, sales channels and marketplace initiatives, and drive revenue through scalable commercial models and market expansion.
• Lead partnership strategy, close high-value B2B agreements, and oversee customer lifecycle management, contract performance and value maximisation.
• Guide product and solution development to meet evolving market and partner needs.
• Oversee integrated marketing, media and brand communication, and lead marketplace management through pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Guide public communication, social media presence and reputation management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in growth, sales, partnerships or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional growth and marketplace initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
