About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.
