Remote Non-IT Recruiter (Côte d'Ivoire)

About the role

wowJobs is a global executive search and recruitment solutions firm that helps multinational and mid-sized companies hire talent across borders, offering RPO and end-to-end hiring support. It is looking for Non-IT Recruiters based in Côte d'Ivoire to join its remote recruitment team, handling full-cycle hiring for non-technical roles such as sales, operations, admin, HR, customer service, logistics, retail and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and draft clear job descriptions.
• Source and shortlist qualified candidates from the local market and across Africa.
• Run initial screening calls, coordinate interviews and track candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates.
• Work within a 5-day week, following agreed SLAs and timelines.

Required profile

• Based in Côte d'Ivoire; candidates must live there.
• 3 to 8 years of hands-on non-IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience hiring for non-technical profiles (sales, operations, admin, HR, logistics, FMCG, retail, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills; English required, local languages a plus.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with a laptop, stable internet and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and manage several roles or tickets at once.
