Sales Market Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Sales Market Analysis Specialist will lead market research, competitor monitoring and product development initiatives to drive growth in the FMCG and consumer goods sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, design surveys, and produce comprehensive reports.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, promotions and deliver regular intelligence reports.
• Identify new product opportunities, coordinate testing, and support product lifecycle management.
• Analyze consumer buying habits, measure satisfaction and provide insights for brand positioning.
• Develop survey methodologies, execute data collection and present actionable recommendations.
• Support business development by evaluating market expansion potential and pricing strategies.
• Analyze large datasets, create dashboards, KPI reports and forecasting models.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, operations and finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, market analytics, product development or R&D, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing market surveys and consumer research projects.
