Social Media Manager – Abidjan

About the role

The company is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms in Abidjan. You will shape strategy, create engaging content, and drive community growth while aligning with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that supports marketing and business goals.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, coordinating graphics, videos, reels, stories, and copy.
• Oversee the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, maintaining a positive community relationship.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns, tracking budgets, ROI and key performance indicators.
• Analyse performance data, produce weekly and monthly reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency, manage online reputation, and coordinate crisis communication when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proven track record of growing online communities and increasing engagement.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and Snapchat.
• Paid social media advertising expertise.
• Social media analytics tools and KPI monitoring.
