Sales Market Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Sales Market Analysis Specialist will lead quantitative and qualitative research to uncover customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends for our consumer goods portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive product innovation and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups; analyse results using statistical methods.
• Monitor competitor activities, conduct SWOT analyses, and produce regular intelligence reports.
• Identify new product opportunities, support concept validation, and recommend improvements based on market feedback.
• Develop customer segmentation, measure satisfaction, and evaluate post‑launch product performance.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, dashboards, and KPI dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or product development.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage market surveys and consumer research projects from design to delivery.
