Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and monitoring industry trends.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, coordinating graphics, videos, reels, stories, and copy.
• Maintain the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, building positive community relationships.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns, tracking budgets and ROI.
• Analyse performance metrics using analytics tools, preparing weekly and monthly reports and recommending improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency, protect online reputation, and coordinate crisis communication when needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, and Customer Service teams, as well as external agencies and influencers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies, including paid campaign management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
• Ability to use analytics tools to track KPIs and generate performance reports.
