About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our digital solutions portfolio for mobile equipment across West Africa, specifically Ivory Coast. The role blends commercial development, technical solution delivery, and team coordination within the mining, quarry and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive commercial development of digital solutions such as fleet management, machine guidance and performance analytics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in mining, quarry and construction.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet regional revenue targets.
  • Set, monitor and achieve regional budget in line with the approved plan.
  • Develop long‑term relationships with key clients and promote digital solution adoption.
  • Coordinate project delivery, including installation, remote support, troubleshooting and client onboarding.
  • Lead and support a local technical and commercial team.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through training and support.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends.

Required profile

  • Mechanical Engineer degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven business development success.
  • 3 + years experience in customer care or success.
  • 3 + years experience in team and project management.
  • Good understanding of industrial environments (mining, construction, heavy equipment).
  • Hands‑on, autonomous and solution‑oriented.
  • Fluent in English and French.
