Director of Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Commercial to lead revenue growth for usXanh SM, a leading EV and sustainable mobility provider expanding into the Côte d'Ivoire market. The role will shape commercial strategy, drive B2B partnerships and oversee integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy across partnerships, sales channels and marketplace initiatives.
• Lead partnership negotiations and close high‑value B2B agreements with corporate customers.
• Oversee customer lifecycle management, contract performance and value maximisation.
• Guide product and solution development to meet evolving market and partner needs.
• Direct integrated marketing, media and brand communication to support growth objectives.
• Manage marketplace operations, balancing supply and demand through pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust commercial tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in growth, sales, partnerships or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
