About the role
A leading consumer healthcare company is seeking a results‑driven Mass Market Representative to boost product visibility and availability across mass‑market channels in Ivory Coast. The role involves field execution, collaboration with distributors, and reporting on market activities.
Key responsibilities
- Visit channel‑specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
- Deploy company Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets and support activation execution.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
- Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field; degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmacy FMCG environment, with prior mass‑market sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in English and French.
